Create 1 script and template for 75% util and 1 for just base os for scale out.

It may be ncessary to recreate the 75% util from scratch if so, please log into vsphere 6.5 and access the scale templates from there to scp over the data to your 7.0.3 vsphere env and vm that you will make into a template.
