If you uninstall MTV 2.6.0, not all of the components are uninstalled. It leaves behind three authentication webhooks and three mutating web hooks. If you attempt to install an older version of the MTV Operator (such as 2.5.6) the install will fail.

This can be re-created by installing 2.6.0 and having an instance of the forklift operator running. Then uninstall all components using the UI "remove forklift, then remove the operator" You will find that three authenticationwebhooks and three mutatingwebhooks are left behind.

If you install an older version (such as 2.5.6) the install does not complete because it does not replace the existing webhooks.

NOTE: This may impact how MTV-1067 is mitigated while a fix is found for MTV-1067.
