[MTRHO] Cutover migration pipeline failing at kustomize-init step

Description:  Tried importing a stateful application from source to target cluster, but cutover pipeline run failed at kustomize-init step with error:

+ cp -r /var/crane/apply/resources/attached/. /workspace/kustomize

cp: cannot stat '/var/crane/apply/resources/attached/.': No such file or directory

Source GCP 4.6

Target GCP 4.11

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Login to the console
2. Create a namespace on source cluster and deploy any stateful application on the source cluster.
3. Then, Using the Import wizard, try importing that namespace from the source cluster to any namespace present in the target cluster
4. Trigger Cutover from Application Import screen.

Actual Result: Pipeline Run fails at kustomize-init step

Expected result:Cutover should be successful.
