[RFE] Need ClusterTask that gets cluster registry information

This new ClusterTask should run `oc registry info --internal` and `oc registry info --public` and [emit results](https://tekton.dev/docs/pipelines/tasks/#emitting-results) in such a way that the results can be consumed by other tasks.
