Namespace all custom CSS classes with a crane-specific prefix

The [dynamic plugin guidelines](https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/openshift_container_platform/4.10/html/web_console/adding-dynamic-plugin-to-console) state:

> Prefix your CSS class names with your plug-in name to avoid collisions. For example, my-plugin_heading and my-plugin_icon.

We have some custom `className`s in our code that do not follow this such as `.summary-table`, `.json-popover` and `.advanced-switch`.
