Sorting by URL works incorrectly for Jira instances

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:

 100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create at least 5 Jira connections with different URLs
2. Sort them by URL
3. Observe result

Actual results:

Some lines will be placed in incorrect order (observe screenshot)

Expected results:

Sorting should be correct
