Description of problem:

When the user introduces less than 3 characters, the Name field isn't displaying the "too sort" validation error helper.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Migration -> Migration Waves and click the "Create new" button
2. Introduce 3 or fewer characters in the "name" input field
3.

Actual results:

No validation error message is displayed

Expected results:

A validation error message should be displayed indicating that the name must contain at least 3 characters.
