Description of problem:

Jira table doesn't look consistant with other tables when filter doesn't bring any result

How reproducible:

 100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create one or two jira connection instances
2. Apply filter by name that will not match any of created jiras
3. Observe table

Actual results:

Empty table with the only header line will be shown, this can confuse customer and doesn't look well

Expected results:

Message that no data is shown should be shown same way as in case of other tables, for example credentials
