Description of problem:

 Error while trying to export a migration wave as a sub-task to Jira

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. navigate to migration waves section
2. create a new migration wave
3. attach an application to the migration wave created

4. export the migration wave to issue manager

5. choose your credentials

6. choose issue type as a sub-task and click Export

Actual results:

on the status it will be "Error" and no sub-task has been exported to jira

Expected results:

status is "Issue Created" and sub-task has been exported to Jira successfully
