Description of problem:

Tag category Color filter isn't filtering all the colors correctly except Teal and Cyan colors are filtered. For rest shows " No tag categories available"

Tested on both upstream-main and downstream latest build

MTA-6.2.0-19 and Upstream-main

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Controls–> Tags 
2. Select Color filter and enter the colors attached to different tag categories 
3. Observe the result

Actual results:

 " No tag categories available"

Expected results:

Should filter all colors
