      Description of problem:

      The "Save" button remains disabled while editing credentials of Jira type, unless the Token field is updated as well

      How reproducible:

      100%

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Go to the Administration perspective -> Credentials
      2. Create new Jira credential
      3. Try to edit any of the newly created credential's fields apart of the Token

      Actual results:

      The "Save" button remains disabled until the Token is updated

      Additional info:

      When the token value is shorter than the usual Jire token (tried with a dummy string) the issue is not reproducible
