Description of problem:

In today's 6.2 features Q&A meeting , we discussed how both Jira Server/Datacenter instances use the same API under the hood making 2 different options redundant. Ramon says it makes sense to replace the two options with one option.

 In the UI, the Jira Server and Jira Datacenter options should be replaced with a single option 'Server/Datacenter' in the following places:
1) Jira instance creation dialog
2) 'Export to issue manager' dialog
