Description of problem:

 Whenever any application is created or clicked on application in Assessment wizard. The 

konveyor_assessments_initiated_total count increases. (Video is attached below)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create or click on already existing application in assessment wizard
2. Observe the metrics "konveyor_assessments_initiated_total"
