Description of problem:

Regex in spring-framework-5.x-to-6.0-web-applications-00001 is matching the opposite pattern from what is described in the description of the rule. It should be matching occurrences of the GetMapping annotation where the value ends in a slash, but it is matching occurrences of the GetMapping annotation where the value doesn't end in a slash instead, which leads to false possitives.
