      Description of problem:

If the user creates an application and fills the "Owner" field, then deletes it manually, by selecting and deleting instead of clicking the "X" button, the owner information is still submitted.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 6.2

How reproducible: Depends on the browser

Chrome: It happens when the mouse cursor gets out of the input's area while selecting the owner's name or when clicking two times on the owner's name to select it.

Firefox: It happens only when clicking two times on the owner's name to select it.

      Safari: Not Tested

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Open the create application wizard and fill the name
      2. In the "owner" field, select a stakeholder
      3. Highlight the owner, press "supr" and click on a different field.

      4 Click "Create"

      Actual results:

The owner is not displayed on the form but the value is sent.

      Expected results:

The owner value should be removed from the form and not be sent or stay visible until the user clicks the "X" button.
