Description of problem:

Create any new Controls/Application Inventory and for every controls created the message displayed for success alert is the 

"toastr.success.added"

 Expected for example for Job function could be : Success! jf1 was added as a job function.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Controls/Application Inventory
2. Click on Create new stakeholders and submit it
3. Observe the success alert
