Steps to Reproduce:

Analyze the tackle-testapp binary with cloud-readiness target.

Actual results:

For some reason, some artifacts are not found in the local maven index, and therefore are being mistakenly classified as internal and analyzed as part of the source + dependencies analysis.

Expected results:

All open source dependencies, with very few exceptions, should be classified as such.
