Description of problem:

Applications don't get tagged correctly when they are discovered in Cloud Foundry. This makes association with generators difficult as they have to be tagged manually.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Run discovery on a Cloud Foundry space with applications.
2. Open the application profile for any of the discovered applications.
3. Click on the tags tab from the application profile.

Actual results:

Application doesn't have any associated tag.

Expected results:

The application should have the tag "Cloud Foundry" associated, from the Tag Category "Platform".
