This ticket is tracking updates we need to make in regard to AI messaging. 

We are following guidance from virtual assistant and Lightspeed notices

Current understanding is that we need to:

1. Add a "Initial Notice" that will be displayed once per session, we are considering adding this to the Analysis Page soon after GenAI has been enabled and we have confirmed access to a LLM
2. Add an "Output Notice", we need this to be displayed on every output from the LLM, considering adding this to the Resolutions pane, close to where the user needs to interact with the result with "Accept" or "Reject" the suggestion.
