Hi Sajid , 

1) We have noticed for last few times that when we deploy MTA on clusters the old images remain and new images are not installed on clusters . For example . I deployed 8.0.0-78 but the images were of 8.0.0-76 build.

2) Me and Alex tried to install the latest MTA build 8.0.0-78 on few clusters today (mig08, mig01, mig01, mtv01, mtv02) but the run failed on all of these . 

3)I tried to do fresh install of OCP on a cluster and then install MTA which passed but installation took more than 1 hour . (mig01)

Can you please check what is the issue .
