Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a custom migration target using rules from repository:

• https://github.com/abrugaro/book-server
• Root path: bug-3330-rules
  2. Create a source app: https://github.com/konveyor/tackle-testapp-public
  3. Run analysis and select the created custom target card

Actual results:

Analysis fails.

Additional info:

This is not reproducible when the rules repository details are entered within the analysis wizard.
