Description of problem:

Sometimes, the discovery manifest takes doesn't get updated right away. Navigating away from the Application Inventory page and navigating back helps. It would be nice to have a refresh button to refresh the discovery manifest. The button could be placed next to the 'Download' button.

1. Generate discovery manifest for an application.
2. Once it succeeds, try generating a discovery manifest again.

Actual results:

Notice that the discovery manifest doesn't get updated right away on subsequent runs.
