Description of problem:

When selecting generators in the "Create New Target Profile" window, the following message is displayed: "At least one Generator must be selected."

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Have at least 2 generators in the "Generators" page
2. Create an archetype
3. From the right kebab menu, click "Manage target profiles"
4. Open the "Create New Target Profile" window -> select 2 items from the "Available Generators" list

Actual results:

An error message is displayed before there is a chance to move the selected items to the "Chosen Generators" list:
"At least one Generator must be selected."
