We need a jenkins pipeline for building the kai exstension and executing a simple e2e test that verifies the connection with the OpenAI provider

This pipeline should reproduce the "build", "package" and "test-e2e" jobs under:

      https://github.com/konveyor/editor-extensions/blob/main/.github/workflows/ci-repo.yml

The test-e2e job will execute a different test and it needs an openai key that I'll send you.

The kai e2e tests on Windows require the explorer.exe process to be running (a UI) so a simple ssh connection won't work.

I did this job in Gtihub which worked but maybe there is an easier way to achieve it

      https://github.com/konveyor/kai-ci/actions/runs/17128275549

      https://github.com/konveyor/kai-ci/blob/windows-tier-check/.github/workflows/windows-nightly-ci.yml (windows-tier-check branch)

      To consider:

In the future we will want failures to be reported on Slack via bot message
