Description of problem:

When exporting an application to Jira, I can see the ticket is created but it is not reflected in the UI (migration waves nor app invenyory menu) 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 8.0.0 

How reproducible: NOT always 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create multiple applications and assign them to a migration wave
2. Export the migration wave to Jira cloud

Actual results:

The UI doesn't always reflect that the application is linked to a ticket even if the ticket exists in Jira 

Expected results:

 The UI should always reflect the Jira ticket linked to an application
