The Reports tab landscape shows all assessed applications as "unknown" unless the user filters for a specific questionnaire

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create 2 apps and assess one with the default (or custom) questionnaire

Actual results:

The assessed application is displayed as unknown in the landscape unless you filter for a specific questionnaire

Expected results:

The landscape should display the real risk of applications when no questionnaire is selected
