Description of problem:

 the values.yaml file that comes packaged with the chart to be used is ignored, and only values from the values.yaml file that gets passed as a parameter are being picked up when rendering the templates. It is a common pattern/convention to put default values in the values.yaml file that comes packaged with a chart, so this might be a problem.

How reproducible:

 Add a `values.yaml` file in the chart. It will be ignored and only the `values.yaml` created from `discover` subcommand is used.

Expected results:

 The default values.yaml is merged with the discover values.yaml files.
