Description of problem:

 When the user tries to analyze an application with custom rules fetched from a  git remote repository, the analysis fails instantly.

How reproducible: Always 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an application (https://github.com/ibraginsky/book-server)
2. Analyze it, select no target, and provide the following values in the custom rules from a remote repository:

URL: https://github.com/abrugaro/book-server.git
Branch: yaml-rules
Root path: yaml-rules

Actual results:

The analysis fails instantly. 

Expected results:

 The analysis should complete, even if there are no rules triggered.
