[CLI] [DOCS] Document the current way to visualize an incident's message

      Right now, to see the message under an incident in the CLI static report, the user needs to hover on the line that triggered the incident, this feature is a bit "hidden" and its not documented at all.

       

       

      To provide some context, the "message" is a field included in the rule that has a deeper explanation of the issue and how to fix it. It allows the use of placeholders that are later replaced to match the incident's code.

       

      This should be added in the CLI documentation under the static report section
