Source repository field is not accepting the URL

      Description of problem

      When creating an application the source repository field shows invalid url message, despite the url being in the correct format, this was observed when the Repository type is set to `subversion`

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to the application inventory page in MTA UI
      2. Click on create
      3. under the source code section select the repository type as `subversion`
      4. try to add a url to the Source repository

      Actual results

      The UI shows invalid url message

      Expected results

      if the url is valid it should be accepted
