If users are working in an environment that requires limits being set, some pods will fail to run, primarily the `init` pod for the hub, and keycloak.
Operators, too, but limits should be added to the subscription created by the user in the case of both `rhbk` and `mta`.
The user doesn't technically create the `rhbk` subscription, `olm` does. However, they are free to edit it. Since our operator does not manage it we will not overwrite their changes.
