While analyzing binary java file on Windows, the message "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process." is output in analysis.log

      Description of problem: When analyzing binary java file on Windows, the message "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process." is output in analysis.log. The MTA is the only application which handling the target file.

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 7.2.3-4

      How reproducible: on some binary apps

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Analyze kitchensink.war file

      c:\Users\Igor\.kantra\windows-mta-cli.exe analyze --overwrite --input d:\github.com\kantra-cli-tests\kitchensink.war --output d:\github.com\kantra-cli-tests\reports-kitchensink\ --target eap7
      

      2. Open report
      3. See analysis.log

      Actual results:

      Report is empty, log contains error that process can't access the file  

      Expected results:

       

      Additional info:
      See attachments for the logs and the app itself
      Also, problem is relevant for 7.3.Z, I reproduce it on last build 7.3.1-14
