This task is for building relevant docs, tasks related to the mtv weekly automation effort that will allow for on-boarding additional team members.

Since a dedicated effort is required to create these docs, meetings, and related tasks, I'm creating a jira for these efforts.

The task should result in documentation for on-boarding and explanation of how the  automation and reporting flows work.
