Dotnet analysis completes with empty report on Linux and Mac

How reproducible: 100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run command like

/home/igor/.kantra/mta-cli analyze --overwrite --input /home/igor/github.com/kantra-cli-tests/data/applications/dotnet_hello_world/ --output /home/igor/MTA/reports-dotnet --rules=/home/igor/github.com/kantra-cli-tests/data/yaml/dotnet/example_rules --provider=dotnet --run-local=false

Actual results:

Resulting report is empty  

Expected results:

Report should contain respective issues
