[CLI] "error getting target subdir" message when running containerless binary java analysis

      Description of problem:

      Error message in console when running any java binary analysis in containerless mode

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 7.3.0-26 

      How reproducible: 100% 

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Run any java analysis like

      /home/igor/.kantra/mta-cli analyze --overwrite --input /home/igor/github.com/kantra-cli-tests/data/applications/AdministracionEfectivo.ear --output /home/igor/MTA/reports-automation --target eap8
      

      2. Check output for errors

      Actual results:

      INFO[0000] 
       --run-local set. running analysis in containerless mode 
      INFO[0000] running source analysis                      
      ERRO[0020] error getting target subdir in Java project - some duplicate incidents may occur  error="timeout waiting for target folder"
      INFO[0020] creating provider config

      Output shouldn't container errors 

      Additional info:
      Looks like report still looks consistent and containes relevant issues, so problem looks decorative to me
