Analysis of non-java application tries to run in containerless mode, need to force container mode manually

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run analysis of non-java application, for example dotnet
2. See the mode that is used for analysis

Actual results:

Analysis runs in local mode

Expected results:

Analysis of non-java application should run in container mode
