Feature of getting language of the app doesn't work for binary apps

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 7.3.0-24 

How reproducible: 100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run command like

mta-cli analyze --list-languages --input data/applications/spring-petclinic-2.4.0.BUILD-SNAPSHOT.jar

Actual results:

Error message `Error: failed to detect application language(s)`

Expected results:

Languages should be detected
