Uploaded a local binary when return back to the page the UI should show green bar and correct %

Description of problem

Uploaded a local binary when return back to the page. The UI shows file as empty i.e. 0B as size and 0 % and also doesn't shows green bar.

Note: if we run analysis it will run analysis on the uploaded binary successfully.
