Description of problem:

The analysis of CoolStore takes ~14 minutes when the quarkus branch is specified. This is in contrast to an analysis of the main branch taking 2-3 minutes.

I believe this is isolated to the analyzer-lsp and/or java provider.  

Actual results: 

 Takes ~14 minutes.  Source-only still takes ~6 minutes.

Expected results:

Takes ~2-3 minutes.
