      Description of problem:
When configuring a tackle with auth, a rh-sso instance is deployed. However, several servicemonitors are configured for the keycloak instance, but they are raising alerts in OpenShift of "TargetDown" monitor.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
      7.2.1 on OCP 4.17 and 4.18

      How reproducible:
      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Install the operator,
      2. configure a tackle instance with "feature_auth_required: 'true'"
      3. Go to console, observe, targets, and filter by "openshift-mta"

      Actual results:
      Several targets down

      Expected results:
      All targets up

      Additional info:

Several network policies stop traffic from prometheus to the target destinations. Additionally, the keycloak instance metrics "/auth/realms/master/metrics" throws a "404, Not found" result.

      See screenshots.
