Analysis Report page is empty/can't be found

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Run application analysis
2. Open analysis report page

Actual results:  

Using Firefox - the report page is empty
Using Chrome - getting 404 error, "page can't be found"

Expected results:

The report page is opened

This is a regression, seen for the first time on Thursday, January 19, 2023
