Description of problem:

When we import any applications from the Application inventory page, using the Import option from the kebab menu and the import is successful, The application inventory page doesnt get updated on its own with the details of the new applications even if you keep waiting forever.

Either you have to explicitly refresh it OR click on the Tab again, or go to some another page and come back to get the updated view.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the Application Inventory page and choose Import option from the kebab menu
2. Upload the CSV attached below to import the applications.
3. Don't click anywhere after clicking on "Import".

Actual results:

The Application Inventory page doesnt get updated after the dialog box appears saying that import is being done.

Expected results:
Once the import finishes, the applications inventory page should get updated dynamically.
