Description of problem:

MTA 7.2 has a dependency on RHSSO. In MTA 7.3, RHSSO has been replaced by RHBK. Although MTA 7.3 has no dependency on RHSSO, the rhsso-operator continues to run in the openshift-mta namespace after a 7.2.x -> 7.3 upgrade.

1. Perform an operator upgrade from 7.2.x -> 7.3

Actual results:

The rhsso-operator continues to run in the openshift-mta namespace after a 7.2.x -> 7.3 upgrade.

The rhsso-operator shouldn't run in the openshift-mta namespace after a 7.2.x -> 7.3 upgrade.
