Description of problem:

On navigating to the "Tags" page under the "Controls" of "Migration" UI, If there is a tag category present which has some tags under it and hence the "Delete" button disabled, On hovering over that delete button shows incorrect text mentioning tag type instead of tag category.

2. Hover over the disabled Delete button

It says:

Cannot delete non empty tag type.

Expected results:
It should be updated to:

Cannot delete non empty tag category.
