Description of problem:

Tested on latest mta-6.1.0-16

Clear Repository button is taking few seconds to re-enable every time when we switch to different tab or perspective. Please see below attachment

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Administration>>Repositories>>Maven
2. Switch the page or tab 
3. Navigate back to Maven and observe the "Clear Repository" button
