MTA extnsion is missing the ability to disable default rulesets

      in the CLI we have the ability to add the flag `--enable-default-rulesets=false` which allows only the custom rules to be fired, that option is missing in the IDE.  

      a possible slution to this: the `--enable-default-rulesets=false` flag can be automatically added to the cli if the rules option is checked in the UI.
