Description of problem:

The target Azure has incorrect description mentioning that application can be upgraded to different flavours of Azure, while only one flavor is being used azure-appservice.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Choose an application to analyse from the "Analysis" tab.
2. Click on "Analyze" button for that application and move ahead with the Analysis wizard until "Set targets" page.

Actual results:

Azure target panel has a description mentioning that -

Upgrade your Java application so that it can be deployed with different flavors of Azure.

Expected results:

As there is no option of choosing the flavors of Azure, (azure-appservice or azure-aks or others), the description should be modified to:

Upgrade your Java application so that it can be deployed on Azure App Service.
