      Description of problem:

The "Select All" selector from the Application Inventory table doesn't work well when filters are applied. Instead of selecting all applications that match the criteria on the filter, it selects all applications in the inventory

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

       How reproducible:

       Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Apply any filter in the inventory
      2. Click on Select All. The number of applications that appear on the selector itself between brackets is correct and corresponds to the number of applications that match the criteria in the filter.
      3. Click on Manage Dependencies

      Actual results:

All applications in the inventory are displayed in the applications list.

       Expected results:

Only the applications that match the criteria should appear on the list.

       Additional info:

This applies to other bulk actions such as Delete and Analyze.
