Description of problem:

Report gets inconsistent when analyzing 2 or more binary applications located in same folder

7.2.0 stage 

How reproducible:

100% reproduces on Linux and Windows 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place 2 apps in same folder
2. Run analysis of 1 of them, check report for issues.
2. Run analysis for second one overwriting report folder or using different output folder
3. Check content of `java-project folder`
4. Run analysis for the first one again
4. Oper report generated for the first app

Actual results:

Report will contain issues for both applications because folder `java-project` is not cleaned properly

Expected results:

Reports shouldn't contain wrong issues
