Description of problem:

The command package Cmd supports an associated Writer and Reporter. This is the mechanism that makes it easy for addon writers to run commands with the output captured and reported to the hub as files attached to the task. The file is named for as command.ouput.

When the same command is executed more than once, multiple files with the same name are attached to the task. It can be confusing to users to see multiple files with the same name with no easy way to correlate them to the exact command.

The proposal is to: Write the command (with args) is at the beginning of the file.

As a work around, users can easily correlate command with output using the Merged log view in the UI.
